Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making

Develop and maintain budgets, dashboards, and KPIs for operational and financial performance

Analyze production, cost, and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities

Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams on strategic projects

Assist with annual planning, capital expenditure analysis, and scenario modeling

Support month-end and year-end close with financial reporting and analysis

Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems preferred

Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to non-financial leaders

Agriculture or manufacturing industry experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $85,000 - $105,000 annually , based on experience
