Social Media Manager

IntexCorp is hiring a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, creation, and performance optimization across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role owns the social content calendar, approves all published content, and produces high-impact posts. You will guide a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, engaging content that drives brand growth and sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Create 10–20% of trend-driven or high-impact content to establish tone and direction
- Approve and edit all content before publishing to maintain brand voice and standards
- Design recurring content formats and seasonal templates for scalability
- Translate brand and product initiatives into engaging platform-native stories
Content Performance & Optimization
Oversee 100% of social commerce content, ensuring alignment with brand and business goalsMonitor performance during key moments (e.g., product launches), analyzing metrics like views, engagement, and conversionRun A / B tests (e.g., hooks, captions, music, timing) to optimize content effectivenessDocument high-performing content strategies into internal playbooksDeliver weekly / monthly performance reports with insights and recommendationsTeam Leadership & Collaboration
Manage the Live & Community Coordinator and work closely with the Commerce CoordinatorTrain team members on platform-specific strategies and content best practicesPartner with Sales, Creative, and Product teams for campaign alignmentBrief and review freelance creators to ensure brand-aligned executionStakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Support
Integrate customer feedback into content by working with Customer ServiceSupport influencer, PR, and gifting campaigns to amplify reachRepresent the social team in internal planning meetingsInnovation & Platform Relationships
Stay current with platform trends, updates, and algorithmsMaintain relationships with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube reps to gain early access to features and programsTest new content formats with high potential for growthQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.Ability to produce high-quality, platform-native content under tight deadlines.Experience managing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategies.Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage creators and align with business goals.Work Environment & Physical Requirements
