The Director Of Client Solutions is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities while fostering strong relationships with partners and clients. This position collaborates closely with the Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, and Marketing teams to support project pursuits and industry engagement initiatives aimed at achieving business development and sales objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develops, presents, and executes actionable client solutions plans for targeted prospects.
- Works closely with key teams to design impactful presentations and execute capture strategies for potential opportunities, business partners, and community organizations.
- Develops strategic relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance Cerris' positioning and maximize the impact of existing and new services.
- Leads client relationship development, including ownership of client relationships in partnership with other key team members.
- Develops and implements strategic action plans for client solutions across national and regional markets, focusing on diverse building types and construction delivery methods.
- Thinks critically and innovatively to challenge traditional approaches, address complex problems, and deliver creative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Actively fosters collaboration and cross-functional teamwork, leveraging shared knowledge and resources to achieve team goals and drive successful outcomes.
- Assists prospective and current clients with strategic planning prior to contract execution.
- Researches and assesses potential clients, prioritizing opportunities based on qualification.
- Manages and monitors the upkeep of records and reports related to client interactions and scheduled solution activities.
- Serves as a representative of the company in civic, business, charitable, and professional organizations, fostering relationships and enhancing the company's visibility.

Qualifications :
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to evaluate performance and develop team members' skills.Proven ability to prioritize and lead initiatives and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment across multiple projects.Strategic thinking capabilities aligned with achieving business goals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to company-specific software.Knowledge of organizational structure and resources to navigate effectively within the company.Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.Experience providing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and driving continuous improvement.Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.Education :
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college / university or equivalent experience.Experience :
10+ years of related work experience required.AEC experience preferred.Physical Demands and Working Environment :

However, there may be walking, standing, bending or lifting moderately heavy (25-50 pounds) items. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.
