Summary
Looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to grow our customer base and manage existing accounts in the Houston, TX area.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial, industrial, and energy sectorsDrive new business development and identify sales opportunities within assigned territoryManage and grow existing customer accounts through service excellence and consultative sellingConduct in-person site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutionsGenerate accurate quotes and proposals, and close deals efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth service executionMaintain sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce (CRM)Meet or exceed quarterly gross profit and new business acquisition targetsReport on performance metrics and contribute to team targetsQualifications
3+ years of outside B2B sales experienceFuel or lubricant sales experienceStrong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or energy industriesSelf-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsCRM experience (Salesforce preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Note : We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
