Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in generating warm leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales process.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients via cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads and transition them into warm opportunities
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure seamless deal flow
  • Track and manage lead information
  • Occasionally travel (up to 20%) for client meetings or networking events

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales or lead generation preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to initiate conversations
  • Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and CRM systems
  • Must be able to work on-site in Hutchinson, KS
