Robert Half is partnering with an innovative, industry-leading company to find their next MOCI Process Specialist. In this role, you will partner closely with UX, Product Owners, internal customers, and development teams to manage implementations, data needs, and lead cross-product user acceptance testing (UAT). You’ll play a key role in driving process improvement, supporting system testing, and ensuring high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with work teams to implement strategic objectives that improve business growth, processes, products, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead or consult in project planning to ensure alignment with business goals and secure management approvals.
  • Define realistic project outcomes and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Monitor project / program status and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-product testing, consult on automated testing scenarios, and maintain test data for consumers.
  • Train users on complex new functionality and support UX mock-up creation.
  • Assist with audit reporting, system security, and feedback analysis to improve test quality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working across diverse user groups.
  • 1+ years of experience writing queries and using tools such as SQL, Python, DataBricks, or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills (test writing, email, Microsoft Office, and virtual training).
  • Project management experience with small to moderately complex projects.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Flexible availability to support global business needs (early morning / evening).
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 10%.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in MOCI and MOCI integrations.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams.
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
