What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all assigned tasks and projects at the employerComplete installations, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting of various technical componentsManage technical escalations and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholdersMaintain communication regarding technical status reports and project tracking with senior managementParticipate in weekly and quarterly meetings to report on progress against technical tasks and goalsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role or physical security within the U.S. banking sectorStrong technical skills in enterprise software, video surveillance systems, and network managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearlyAbility to prioritize and resolve cross-functional issues effectivelyWillingness and ability to travel up to 50% domesticallyHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
