PARALEGAL FOR PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM - (Beverly Hills, CA)

A busy, well-respected, personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeks a hands on, full-time experienced and well-mannered Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury Law Firm.

You MUST be able to speak and write Spanish fluently.

Case software experience is preferred, but is not mandatory we are currently using FileVine Case Management Software. However, computer literacy is a must. You must be proficient with using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.

You should be very organized, detail oriented, capable of working in a high pressure environment, computer literate, willing to work as a team player, and have outstanding customer service skills and be able to wow our clients with the services our firm provides them. Courteous and pleasant attitude is a must. Timeliness and reliability are also important traits for this position as well as the ability to listen carefully, follow directions and perform the job efficiently with little to no oversight or supervision.

Positive attitude and good communication and writing skills along with multi-tasking are a must.
