Job Description

Lead onsite field operations for large-scale data center projects

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control

Drive project delivery through collaboration with project managers, engineers, and clients

Uphold company standards for safety, communication, and performance on every site

Travel to various project locations as needed to oversee operations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :

• Data center experience is required (the more senior the level, the more extensive experience expected)
• Willingness to travel full-time and remain onsite for the project duration (company covers travel home once per month)
• Strong communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset to address challenges as they arise

What's On Offer

A competitive salary range of $140,000 to $185,000, depending on experience

10% travel incentive (in addition to base salary)

$4,000 / month per diem & travel home allowance
