Quality Improvement Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and related activities

Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work functions

Ensure compliance with government program requirements and manage vendor oversight and corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience

4+ years of experience in quality improvement

Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Nursing background preferred

Certified Professional in Healthcare or quality improvement certification preferred
