Performs as a Nursing Assistant within the care management team under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Performs delegated nursing tasks for which competence is demonstrated through the Nursing Assistant skills checklist.
Minimum Job Requirements
Licensure, Registration and / or Certification
Education
High School diploma or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Provides services in a setting where there is potential for exposure to blood and other high risk body fluids, chemotherapy agents, communicable disease and hazardous materials, chemicals, and waste.
Requires frequent standing walking, bending, reaching and carrying / lifting up to 50 lbs.
This is a general job posting for several night shift openings on various units within the hospital with different schedule requirements. Specific unit information, along with schedule will be discussed in greater detail during the interview process.
Schedule :
Part time night shift with weeknight and weekend rotation
We are currently hiring for 11 / 10 start date. Orientation will be 11 / 10 through 11 / 14. Must be able to attend central orientation the first week Monday - Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm.
