As an Assistant Construction Manager, you'll be at the heart of complex, high-impact projects across industries like aviation, commercial buildings, energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, power generation, water, and more. From groundbreaking to ribbon-cutting, you'll help drive excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, and execution.
What You'll Do
You'll support senior project leaders in delivering Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) projects and construction management programs. Your responsibilities will span :
Assist in managing safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, and procurement
Interface with clients on proposals, project updates, and risk reviews
Contribute to contract negotiations, RFPs, and change orders
Help onboard field staff and maintain craft competency standards
Maintain project records, meeting minutes, and filing systems
