What Youll Do

As a Project Designer, youll play a key role in developing and executing design concepts from visioning through construction. Youll collaborate with project managers, senior designers, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support programming, space planning, and FF&E selection.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors.
  • Produce design documentation using Revit and Enscape.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning.
  • Ensure code compliance, constructability, and budget alignment.
  • Participate in jobsite meetings and construction administration.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in workplace interiors (6+ preferred).
  • Strong design sensibility and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Knowledge of codes, budgeting, and construction documentation.
  • Certification or licensure preferred but not required.
