Responsibilities :
Perform repairs as outlined in the repair order, ensuring efficiency and compliance with dealership standards.Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs and provide an estimate for time required for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty in line with manufacturer specifications.Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent required, ASE Certification requiredB-level qualifications, including experience in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine RepairStrong dexterity, steady hands, and excellent hand-eye coordinationProficient in mechanical troubleshooting and capable of using electronic diagnostic toolsExcellent customer service skills and basic computer skillsPositive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a desire to continuously improveEnjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate effectively with teammatesEagerness to learn new technologies, repair techniques, and service proceduresValid driver’s license and clean driving recordWe are an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
