Job Overview
Responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; demonstrates leadership grounded in the principles of the Bahama Breeze Way and enables the team to deliver a Caribbean escape experience. Success is measured by consistent results through our systems, methods, and procedures, focusing on all stakeholders. The goal is sustained growth in sales and profits through personal, people, business, and results leadership.
Reports to : General Manager
