Description :

This position involves working in a high-paced Emergency Department.

The unit has 44 beds and 115 staff members.

Staff includes day and night shift RNs, Charge RNs, and Medic / EMTs.

The average patient ratio is 4 : 1.

The unit is equipped with a Level 1 infuser, Abbott Plum pumps, IVUS machines, and cardiovascular monitoring systems.

Typical procedures include IV placement, blood transfusions, fluid resuscitation, chest tube assistance, and central line insertion.

Candidates must be flexible and a team player.

The department has received multiple awards for excellence in patient care.

Staff feel a strong sense of camaraderie and support.

The unit offers additional resources such as social work assistance, medical transportation, and virtual monitoring for at-risk patients.
