Job Title : Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Investment Banker

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven M&A Investment Banker to join our team. This role is responsible for advising corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical abilities, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the deal-making process from origination to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and originate M&A opportunities through client relationships, networking, and market research.
• Conduct detailed company and industry analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and competitive benchmarking.
• Develop and deliver pitch books, deal materials, teasers, and confidential information memorandums (CIMs).
• Advise clients on transaction structures, strategic alternatives, and market conditions.
• Coordinate and lead due diligence processes across financial, legal, and operational workstreams.
• Negotiate key terms of purchase / sale agreements in collaboration with clients and legal counsel.
• Manage relationships with senior executives, private equity investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of all phases of the transaction process.
