Base pay range : $45,852.00 / yr - $85,698.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Sell premium mattress / bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
  • Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through sleep solutions.
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and guide them through the buying process.

    • What We Are Looking For

  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, most holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day work weeks, 40–55 hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicles.
  • High energy, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm; customer-focused approach to selling.
  • Familiarity with tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.

    • Qualifications

  • Retail sales experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
