McGrath Electric, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Purchaser to join our procurement team. Youll support field management, project managers, and company executives to ensure the right materials are sourced and delivered on time for our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and order materials, negotiate pricing, and track purchase orders
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, mitigate long lead items, and ensure timely delivery
• Review project specifications and product data requirements to confirm proper materials are ordered
• Research and resolve vendor pricing issues
• Negotiate and purchase commodity buyouts
• Coordinate delivery and return of company-owned tools and equipment
• Manage returns of excess material and follow up on credits
• Provide quotes and product information for estimating pricing and availability
• Support project schedules and collaborate with field and project management
