Sourcing Specialist

A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist - Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of strategic sourcing plans and manage supplier relationships

Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for Supply Chain processes and efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience preferred

Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Exposure to the healthcare industry preferred

Proven experience in managing diverse functions and leading change

Strong background in data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
