California Farm Bureau is seeking a dedicated Member Support Representative to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to the overall mission of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist members with inquiries related to membership benefits, services, and programs.
- Resolve member issues and escalate complex matters to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate records of member data, interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to member needs.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of member support processes and resources.
- Assist in membership acquisition & retention efforts through proactive engagement and outreach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business administration, communications, or related field preferred.Proven experience in customer service or member support role, preferably in an agricultural or nonprofit setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of agriculture industry and issues affecting farmers and ranchers is a plus.Commitment to the mission and values of California Farm Bureau.Salary Range : $23 / hr. to $25 / hr.
