Premium Manager
Deliver first-class service with a premium touch! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee high-end suite, club and catering operations, ensuring that each guest enjoys an elite and personalized experience. You'll manage premium spaces, lead a service-driven team, and collaborate with culinary and operations departments to provide outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage suite, club-level and catering operations for all events
- Lead and train premium service staff
- Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with culinary and operations for execution
- Monitor setup, execution, and breakdown of premium areas
- Address guest requests and service issues efficiently
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred23 years of experience in premium service or food & beverage managementFamiliarity with suite service, POS systems, and event logisticsServSafe and alcohol service certifications preferredAt Levy, team = family.
