Benefits and Features : OB / GYN Salary : $290,000 - $310,000 5% Annual Retention Bonus Comprehensive benefits package - medical, dental, vision 3 Weeks of PTO plus Holidays 403b retirement plan with match 1 Week of CME Time and 3K Allowance Loan Repayment - Federal and State Malpractice Coverage Your Role with the Group : OB / GYN Full-time position - OB / GYN Physician This role includes clinic coverage in addition to procedures / deliveries for a local hospital Location : Yuma County (Somerton, AZ) Schedule : Clinic M-F with Thursday's set aside for procedures. This group owns their own surgical center with full access to OB / GYN's. Typical Volume : 16-20 patients per day Very light call! The hospital has their laborists covering call 2 weeks per month. 4 other OB / GYN's already on staff. 1 : 5 Call Ratio for 2 weeks per month.
