Front End Development Leader

A company is looking for a Front End Development Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a high-performing front-end team, providing coaching and performance feedback

Build and maintain native mobile applications using Swift and / or Kotlin

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve app features and user experience

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Swift or Kotlin, with a solid grasp of React Native

5+ years of front-end development experience, primarily with React, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role

Proven success managing remote or distributed teams

Expertise in Agile / Scrum and experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana

Strong understanding of CI / CD pipelines and scalable front-end architectures
