Share feedback and ideas to continually elevate the guest experience. Background in hospitality, concierge, or premium guest service (hotels, resorts, or luxury rentals ideal). Friendly, professional communicator who makes guests feel valued, even from a distance. Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and logistics. Hands-on and proactive — happy to jump in with deliveries, cleaning, or vendor coordination. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Every rental is seamless and five-star — whether handled directly or through a vendor. Guests rave about SKYE’s service and professionalism. The fleet always looks pristine and is ready to go. At SKYE Golf Cart Rentals , we deliver more than transportation — we deliver an experience. Our premium fleet of low-speed vehicles (LSVs) is known for style, comfort, and convenience across Florida’s most beautiful coastal destinations.
We’re looking for a hospitality-driven professional who will be the face of the SKYE brand in Santa Rosa Beach. You’ll combine the polish of a luxury hotel concierge with the hands-on reliability of an operations pro — ensuring every rental feels effortless, even when most guest interactions are virtual.
What You’ll Do
⭐ Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience
- Represent the SKYE brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality — primarily through phone, text, and email.
- Coordinate and oversee all golf cart deliveries and pickups.
- Personally deliver and pick up carts when time allows, providing a friendly, polished handoff that reflects SKYE’s premium service.
- Manage outsourced delivery partners during busy times to ensure on-time, high-quality service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with warmth and efficiency.
- Follow up post-rental to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews.
