This position is located in the office at our company headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Job Overview :

As a Client Relations Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our clients seeking assistance with our realty, mortgage, or insurance products and services. It's a dynamic and fulfilling job requiring exceptional communication skills, quick thinking, and time management prowess.

You will provide excellent service and build rapport quickly, whether through the phone, email, or chat, and you are always willing to go the extra mile. You will know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, resolve issues, and facilitate relationship development with our clients.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Call Center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong professionalism, ethics, and character
• Possess or ability to obtain NMLS license within 90 days
