We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Director of Food & Nutrition Services to join our leadership team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful operation of all foodservice-related activities within the hospitalincluding patient dining, retail, catering, quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overall management of food & nutrition services to ensure client and customer satisfaction
• Direct and oversee safety, sanitation, and infection control programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and hospital leadership
• Promote professional growth and development of team members
• Drive quality improvement and cost-effective operational performance
• Integrate foodservice operations into the hospital's overall plan of care
