As the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through :

  • Responsible for the day-to-day office operations including opening / closing the office, answering the phone, maintaining waiting area, and providing members with entry to the center.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and safe front office and waiting area.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Present a professional attitude and appearance in dealing with members, visitors and staff.
  • Relate to community members, business professionals, the media and the recovery community in a professional manner for collaboration.

Program Assistant Minimum Salary : $ 17.00 / hour

Program Assistant Maximum Salary : $ 17.00 / hour

Program Assistant Schedule : Monday - Friday 9AM - 4 : 30PM (35 hours / week)

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with a diverse population
