Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing emotional support to residents and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.

Requirements
Education : Requires Registered Nurse Diploma or degree. Must have and maintain current and appropriate RN licensure in the state where employed.
Experience : Two years of school, correctional, doctor’s office, camp, industrial, or public health experience preferred. Experience working pediatric / adolescent patient care preferred.
Skills : Requires discretion and judgment in making decisions. Requires ability to devise new methods, modifications, or adapting standard principles or practices to new or changed conditions. Must have working knowledge of child / adolescent related illness. Must be CPR certified. Specialized Knowledge - Familiar with the psychological / physical needs of youth.
Physical Demands : Ability to lift / move up to 20 pounds and provide necessary physical services to clients. Must be free of communicable diseases as defined by the state and to the extent that knowledge is attainable under the law. Must be able to transport clients.
Other : Must maintain an appropriate and valid state driver’s license. Must meet state criminal background check requirements.
