Your Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Planner at Schaeffler's new state-of-the-art eMobility plant in Dover, Ohio, you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance plans, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting the digital transformation of our asset management processes. Your organizational skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail will contribute directly to the reliability and productivity of our world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain, organize, and update plant maintenance master data in CMMS / ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM).
Analyze equipment data, maintenance history, and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on maintenance KPIs, downtime, and work order statuses.
Develop, maintain, and update documentation for all maintenance planning records, procedures, and work instructions.
Assist with digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement projects related to asset management and maintenance planning.
