As a Critical Care / Trauma Physician, I provide specialized medical care to critically ill patients in the inpatient setting, managing a daily average of 18 ICU patients and 10 non-ICU patients. With a call ratio of 1 : 4, I work alongside nurse practitioners to ensure quality patient care, performing procedures such as ION and other pulmonary interventions. I operate in a Trauma Level 3 facility with 20 ICU beds and contribute to the documentation process using the Cerner EMR system.
