Your impact

  • Own core carpentry : framing, drywall, and high‑quality finish work.
  • Manage detail work : caulking, construction painting, and fixture installation.
  • Shape structures : form concrete for foundations and structural components.
  • Elevate interiors : install flooring and fabricate custom woodwork.
  • Restore and refresh : breathe new life into existing facilities.
  • Model safety : handle materials properly and maintain a clean job site.
  • Pay it forward : mentor apprentices and help them master the trade.

Your toolkit

  • Journeyman card or 5–6+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Portfolio or track record showing strong carpentry results.
  • Skilled with hand / power tools and jobsite equipment.
  • Comfort reading and interpreting drawings and technical docs.
  • Bonus : roofing experience.
  • Team-first communicator who collaborates well.
  • Physically prepared for lifting, standing, and varied site conditions.
