Overview

Senior Media Manager - Amazon at Kenvue. The Senior Media Manager on the Amazon business leads the retail media team in the integrated media organization, overseeing media strategy and spend for all Kenvue brands. Preferred location is Summit, New Jersey; additional locations and remote work will be considered.

What You Will Do

Lead the Amazon media team with multiple direct reports and act as a key partner to the agency and cross-functional teams for all brands on Amazon.

Foster strategic relationships with brand growth, brand media, shopper, customer teams, agency partners, and retail media networks; maintain primary day-to-day contact for Amazon media and agency partners.

Ensure timely delivery of planning, activation, and analyst activities; oversee total Amazon media budget and communicate budget sufficiency.

Vet new media capabilities and elevate feedback to the integrated media team, agency partners, and customer / shopper teams.

Own the total Amazon media learning agenda, plan, and share-out; ensure transparency of planning and performance data to the broader organization.

Translate business objectives into media KPIs to inform planning and optimization; partner in Amazon Ads QBR and related sharing.

Oversee the team in data ingestion for MMM, create commentary, and produce outputs for internal / external sharing.

Responsibilities

Translate brand and customer strategy into a cohesive media strategy and optimization plan anchored in POS sales and market share.

Lead joint value creation across brand and retail media to maximize media effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive synchronized plans across sales, media, and brand.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in media, brand marketing, shopper / trade, and / or ecommerce.

Strong agency management and people management skills.

Ability to work in a matrix environment, interpret complex business situations, and negotiate effectively.

Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects; strong data analysis to drive insights and link actions to outcomes.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Self-starter, creative problem solver, and ability to think outside the box to impact performance.

Strong presentation skills and ability to create compelling decks with a clear storyline.

Proficiency with MS Office, sales databases, and web applications.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Pacvue, AVBP, or other media data tools.

Consumer Packaged Goods experience – health, personal care, beauty, OTC.

Annual base salary in the range $152,150.00 – $214,800.00, depending on location, skills, experience, and other factors.
