Dates / Schedule : Beginning 1 / 16 / 26 - FT for 3 months with option to extend. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8s or 10s. A call is not required, but it would be extremely valuable.
Case Mix : General cases, OB listed, and could include some Peds ENT cases. No hearts.
# of ORs : 15 ORs and 4 endo suites and service to other specialty areas
Support Staff / Supervision : Supervised model
Credentialing Time Frame : 60-90 days
Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS
Active MN License : Yes
