A company is looking for an HR Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and manage service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Establish strong relationships with Human Resources to discuss synergistic strategies
Coordinate the design, development, and roll-out of product enhancements and related projects
Support project management of technology initiatives and implementations by collaborating with the IT team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or equivalent experience
5+ years of product or client management, customer service, or related experience
Previous experience as a lead in a functional area or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
HR and IT experience / knowledge preferred
Strong planning and analytical skills
