A company is looking for a PAP Specialist to manage patient equipment and compliance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for customers to pick up PAP equipment and provide usage instructions
Prepare and submit audit paperwork for insurance claims to ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines
Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices to encourage compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services
Two years of work-related experience required for senior level positions
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
