Leadership in Technology Teams : Demonstrated experience in managing and expanding technology teams, ideally within the Decentralized Storage or DeFi sectors. Strategic Industry Experience : Experience with trading software is preferred, especially platforms dealing with crypto and DeFi innovations. Ethical Foundation : A strong commitment to integrity and excellence. Programming Languages : Proficient with modern programming languages such as golang, TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, java, Scala, Erlang, Clojure, or C++. Version Control : Mastering of Git, GitHub, and Gitflow. System Design : Fluent with REST API design and development, experienced with distributed systems. Experience with storage systems is a plus. Familiarity with AWS S3 and S3-compatible interfaces. Messaging Architectures : Solid understanding of messaging architectures and technologies, such as RabbitMQ and Kafka. Security : Significant experience building secure applications. Database Knowledge : Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Solr / ElasticSearch, or Cassandra. Cloud Computing : Experience with cloud computing providers such as Amazon Web Services. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills on both technical and non-technical issues; exceptional leadership capabilities, emphasizing emotional intelligence and effective talent management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Software Improvements : Enhancements in software functionality and user satisfaction.
