Transformation Portfolio Sr. Principal

What You'll Do :

  • Support the strategic growth and go-to-market strategy of Slalom's Transformation portfolio, focused on organization and operating model design, workforce planning, change management, product transformation, and business process optimization.
  • Lead Transformation solutioning for business development efforts by understanding client needs, collaborating across internal teams to structure cross-functional solutions, and preparing and presenting sales materials to client.
  • Contribute to exceptional client Transformation delivery by overseeing project quality, managing team performance, managing engagement risk, and optimizing project economics for successful outcomes.
  • Engage geo-based (Minnesota) leaders and global capability leaders to uncover cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to the expansion of Slalom's business footprint.
  • Cultivate team growth by coaching and mentoring colleagues, supporting recruitment efforts, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Explore and advocate for innovative Transformation approaches to continuously advancing our methods and adapting to future needs.

What You'll Bring :

  • Extensive consulting background with expertise in transformation, organization and operating model design, change enablement, talent and workforce planning, and / or industrial and organization psychology.
  • Experience with sales solutioning activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $2.5M+.
  • Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly and maintain strong client relationships over time.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead challenging client conversations and navigate ambiguity autonomously.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills and translate complex information into a clear and compelling value story.
  • Experience mentoring, leading, and / or teaching others on consulting delivery.

    Compensation and Benefits :

We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Sr. Principal is $153,000 to $237,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
