High Performance Compute (HPC) Engineer TS / SCI CI Poly

Location : Springfield, VA
Job Responsibilities :
- Work on Linux systems
- Build and deploy containerized, GPU-enabled applications using Docker, Singularity, or Kubernetes
- Manage orchestration and clusters with tools like Slurm, Mesos, or Moab
- Utilize AI and Machine Learning tools such as Jupyter, Keras, TensorFlow, MPI, OpenMP, OpenCL, or CUDA
- Maintain and troubleshoot Lustre and Infiniband, including network plumbing and configuration
- Deploy systems in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Maintain server hardware and support HPC clusters with RHEL and CentOS
- Create and update system documentation
- Support environments for massively parallel computation and support certification of containers
- Develop scientific algorithms, Big Data, and Data Science applications; optimize applications for AI / ML
