Distribution Associate (Case Picker) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $17.50 total
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsThe required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 2 : 30 PM – 10 : 30 PM with a 30-minute paid lunch break (occasional Saturdays based on workload)Drug Test RequiredDistribution Associate (Case Picker) Responsibilities
Pick products accurately by locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or electronic requestsPack cases into designated containers for shipmentUpdate inventory systems as items are picked and shippedPrepare orders for shipping by labeling, securing containers, and staging them for the loading dockMaintain a clean and organized work environment while following warehouse safety protocolsOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when requiredDistribution Associate (Case Picker) Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required1+ year of warehouse or related experience with basic skills in material handling, logistics, or distributionAbility to lift and move items over 50 lbs and stand / walk for extended periodsEffective communication and basic computer skills, including use of scanning equipmentAbility to work in a metrics-driven environment and adapt to fast-paced operationsMust be comfortable working in a warehouse with varying seasonal temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter)Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 daysPreferred Qualifications
