Pole Inspector

We're Hiring : Field Inspector!

Role Overview :

We are actively seeking an experienced Field Inspector to join our Pole Inventory team. This role focuses on accurately documenting and verifying distribution and transmission poles and their attachments using provided equipment. The ideal candidate will handle data collection efficiently, maintain quality standards, and adapt to various field environments.

Location : Hicksville, NY

Work Mode : On-site

Role : Field Inspector

Responsibilities & Duties :

Take picture documentation of existing transmission and distribution poles with provided equipment

Verify assets and identify third-party attachments on distribution and transmission poles

Achieve and maintain acceptable levels of productivity and quality, including inspecting 14 poles per hour or more

Qualifications :

No prior experience required; paid training will be provided

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid driver's license

Must maintain a consistent attendance record

Applicants should possess the knowledge, experience, and skills needed to review project plans, specifications, contract enforcement, and applicable technical standards, OSHA, and other regulatory statutes

Ability to work on uneven and rugged terrain and in various weather elements

Must provide own transportation to the worksite in Hicksville, NY
