About the Role

We are seeking a Quality / Test Engineer to play a central role in developing, executing, and interpreting product testing programs within a new state-of-the-art test lab. In this role, you will :

• Design and run testing methods for lifecycle claims, durability, and compliance
• Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring accurate data output and reporting
• Perform root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address failures
• Lead packaging claims testing and manage ongoing compliance processes
• Benchmark competitor products and drive continuous improvements from design through production
• Support new product development by embedding testing and quality standards from launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, marketing, supply chain, operations, and consumer relations
