LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Gastroenterology MD in Petoskey, Michigan, 49770!

Pay Information

$300 to $320 per hour

About The Position

  • Hospital in Petoskey, Michigan, serving 22 counties across northern Lower Michigan and the Upper Peninsula.
  • The facility provides full-service care with a focus on cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, and neurosciences.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology care, including ERCP procedures (required).
  • Perform approximately 18 outpatient scopes and 20 inpatient scopes daily.
  • Cover endoscopy services and inpatient consults between 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM.
  • Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs, supported by onsite lab and X-ray.
  • Document patient care using Cerner EMR.

    Job Requirements

  • Board Certified – Required.
  • Active MI license & CSR at time of submission – Required (no exceptions).
  • ACLS certification – Required.
  • DEA – Verbal confirmation at name clear.
  • ERCP experience – Required.
  • Fellowship trained with at least 2–3 years of post-training experience.
  • Clean background (minimum malpractice acceptable).
  • COVID-19 vaccination – Required.
  • Local candidates (driving distance) preferred.
