job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOwn financial leadership across all divisions : accounting, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Implement and optimize ERP and financial systems Lead financial planning, modeling, and performance analysis by division Oversee monthly close, financial statement preparation, and internal controls Manage banking, bonding, insurance, and cash flow Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and ownership team Mentor and develop the finance / accounting team Support capital planning and M&A analysis Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 6+ years of related leadership experience ERP implementation experience is a plus
Controller
$150,000 - $180,000 base + 10-20% bonus + benefits
