A respected Seattle law firm is seeking a  Temporary Legal Assistant (4901)  to join its busy civil litigation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with experienced attorneys on a range of litigation matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. There is potential that this role develop into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including calendar management, scheduling, and document preparation
• Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, correspondence, and reports in State and Federal courts
• Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
• Coordinate communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors
• Open new case files, maintain case management systems, and track deadlines
• Assist in trial preparation and ensure timely service and filing of legal documents
• Process invoices and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Qualifications :

Compensation :  $27.00 to $35.00 Hourly, DOE
