What You’ll Do

Analyze client business models, market conditions, and performance data

Develop tailored growth strategies that align with client goals

Advise clients on sales, marketing, and operational improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of strategies and adjust as needed

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and ongoing partnership

Deliver presentations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations

Compensation

Salary Range : $80,000 – $120,000 per year (base + performance bonuses)

Employment Type : Full-time

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Experience in business consulting, sales, marketing, or related fields

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills

Ability to develop actionable plans and drive implementation

Proficient with CRM, analytics, and project management software

Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented

Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (support available if needed)
