What's the Role : We are looking for a Client Partner to help lead our Technology & Media vertical clients. The Client Partner role represents Brainlabs as the conduit through which excellent media solutions are delivered to clients. You run client accounts through integrated planning and flawless execution, orchestrating integrated media solutions, identifying growth opportunities, and integrating current & future services to deliver growth.
Responsibilities Deeply understand clients’ business and goals, with a commitment to continuous improvement
Build and nurture strong relationships with senior and executive stakeholders
Maintain well-rounded knowledge of digital buying environments and multi-channel marketing to create impactful integrated media strategies
Oversee high-level communications and strategic planning efforts, ensuring initiatives meet and exceed performance goals
Lead the design & execution of full-funnel media plans, aligning media strategies with vision and objectives
Partner with clients to guide media investments and priorities, supporting business growth
Drive operational excellence by streamlining project execution and delivery of client objectives
Be data-driven, leveraging data for reporting, defining / defending strategies, and uncovering opportunities
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase thought leadership and industry knowledge
Demonstrate expertise in Technology & Media, with an existing portfolio of clients and trusted advisory relationships
Show client leadership skills and the ability to present strategy, performance insights, and executive updates to CMOs and revenue leaders
Translate business challenges into media plans and understand end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency
Qualifications 10+ years of experience delivering full-service media solutions with a track record of client leadership
Proven ability to lead and advise senior client stakeholders
Strong knowledge of media & marketing effectiveness and its link to business growth
Experience with integrated media planning and translating business challenges into media solutions
Ability to work with an end-to-end, full-service media agency structure

Salary 120,000—$170,000 USD
