• Experience in discharge planning
• Utilization review experience
• Experience in a fast-paced acute care environment
• EPIC charting experience
• No prior license or background hits

Description :

A Case Manager is needed for an immediate start.

The position requires managing discharge planning for patients on a surgical unit.

Nurses will handle multiple discharges and admissions daily.

Candidates must possess experience in utilization review and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in acute hospital settings, particularly in care coordination.

Casual business attire is expected.

All candidates must meet strict compliance requirements regarding licensing and background checks.
