Conduct proactive follow-ups to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships. Accurately and thoroughly complete all sales documentation as directed by management. Adhere to the established sales process, carefully documenting every stage of the transaction. Ensure all sales agreements are error-free and maintain a record of each transaction. Collaborate with Service and Parts Departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Keep the Sales Manager informed of any issues or complaints that may impact customer satisfaction. Proactively communicate schedule changes and customer delivery timelines. Report to management any situations that could affect the safety, integrity Help maintain company's high standards of cleanliness in your department and work areas. Support a welcoming environment by ensuring customer reception and waiting areas are tidy and well-presented. High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience is required. - Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
