Senior Accountant

A growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join their team on-site in Tulsa, OK. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of financial operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, contributing to operational success, and supporting company-wide financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Manage and maintain the general ledger, including income statements, balance sheets (account analysis), and cash flow statements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable functions, including processing of purchase orders, petty cash, employee expense reports, and maintaining cash control.
• Track, analyze, and report on expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Supervise Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing, payment applications, and management of aging reports.
• Evaluate and recommend payment terms and credit for both new and existing customer accounts.
• Support broader company goals related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Attitude (QCDSA).
• Collaborate effectively within the team while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Perform other related accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
